About the project
HR Butik (“Shine”) is a career consulting platform founded by Lidia Egorova-Pakober – an HR director with 18 years of experience, psychologist, and coach. Consultations, coaching, training programs, corporate events, and HR consulting for people and companies.
The positioning is “career shopping”: professional services packaged and presented like products in a boutique.

What we did
- /01Translated the “career shopping” concept into the design language: monochrome aesthetics, gift-box visuals, and a storefront-like layout.
- /02Structured the full range of services into a matrix by client level – from Owner and Top to Beginner and Kids, so every visitor instantly finds their shelf.
- /03Built the founder block as the trust anchor: 18 years in HR, work with companies up to 8,000 employees, awards, and media presence.
- /04Connected an online store of services and career gifts to the consulting catalog.
- /05Responsive layout with direct contact through Telegram and WhatsApp.
