  3. Confirm the start

    We agree on the start date, required materials and payment method.

For voluntary cancellations before work starts, payments are refunded less authorised, eligible third-party costs. After work starts, the unused balance is refunded after deducting properly performed work and eligible costs. See the Refund Policy for full terms.
