About the project
The client provides comprehensive business setup services in the UAE: company registration, corporate bank account opening, accounting and bookkeeping, business location selection, supplier sourcing, and additional support services.
With service packages starting at $3,500, the objective was not simply to generate leads, but to attract qualified entrepreneurs genuinely planning to launch or relocate their businesses to the UAE. The primary audience: Russian-speaking entrepreneurs based in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

What we did
- /01Developed a customer acquisition strategy with Meta Ads and built a continuous optimization framework focused on testing and scaling high-performing campaigns.
- /02Tested multiple lead generation funnels – Direct Messages, Instant Forms, and WhatsApp conversations. WhatsApp proved to be the highest-performing conversion path: sales managers received prospects’ phone numbers immediately, enabling faster qualification and higher-quality consultations.
- /03Integrated incoming leads with amoCRM and optimized the lead qualification workflow together with the sales team.
- /04Continuously tested creatives and value propositions: educational videos, founder-led Reels, customer success stories, and case studies – from successful bank account openings after previous rejections to accounting audits that saved clients from significant penalties.
- /05Refined audience targeting with location, language, and behavioral signals to minimize irrelevant inquiries in a highly competitive market, while reducing CPM and keeping acquisition costs sustainable at scale.
