About the project
The client approached us at the launch stage of a new currency exchange service. At that point, the business had no customer base, no sales history, and no established acquisition system — only a newly launched website and a business idea.
Our goal was not simply to launch advertising campaigns, but to build a scalable customer acquisition system capable of supporting long-term business growth.

What we did
- /01Analyzed the market and developed a customer acquisition strategy.
- /02Launched Google Ads campaigns, systematically testing different campaign types — Discovery, Video, and Search.
- /03Identified a critical analytics issue that prevented Google Ads from receiving accurate conversion data. Once tracking was restored, performance quickly recovered into a stable flow of qualified leads.
- /04Continuously tested new growth hypotheses, scaled successful campaign structures, and introduced new advertising formats.
